ITC NEWS

ITC is a partner in the newly formed Virtual Office Institute, LLC (VOI).  Other partners in this venture include:  VSV Enterprises, Inc. and e-Work.com, Inc. from Atlanta, GA., pioneers in implementing Virtual Work programs for Fortune 500 companies. VOI offers assessment, education, software and consulting services for organizations implementing Virtual Work programs.

 

Lorain County Community College (LCCC) has engaged VOI to provide Virtual Work consulting services for the college and initial assessments for four other Lorain County organizations.  In March, LCCC will offer Virtual Work accredited classes for students.  Courses for both remote employees and managers will be offered by LCCC as part of this initiative. ITC has partnered with The Active Network, Inc. for the implementation of a Customer Request Management (CRM)/311 system for The City of Cleveland.  This project will enable citizens of the City to dial 311 for all service requests.  This project will track and record all incoming service requests made to the City of Cleveland.  This state-of–the- art system will be implemented in phases to meet the schedule of the City.  ITC will assist with the benchmarking assessments, development and delivery of the customized training program and change management for the new 3ll Call Center.

 

Cuyahoga County’s Child Support Enforcement Agency (CSEA) has engaged ITC to assist with the implementation of their new VOIP call center.  In addition to providing project management, ITC will analyze the current configuration and auto attendant and provide recommendations for the streamlining of operations through the automation of some business processes.  The goal of this project is to provide callers solutions on their first call into the call center through the utilization of available technologies.
